Q. How do I know my order has been received?

A. When you place your order during checkout, we will ask for your email address.  After you finish checkout, an email will be sent to the address provided confirming the order.  If you have not received this email, most times your email address has been entered incorrectly during checkout.  In that case you can call us (954) 702-2820 or email us direct - www. sales@blades-edge.com and we will check for you. 

Q. Can I cancel, change or add to my order?  

A. Your credit card is authorized and processed as soon as you place the order.  Once you receive the confirmation email, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.  If you are displeased with your product, we do have a satisfaction guarantee policy.

Q. Does Blades Edge provide an order Tracking Number?

A. Yes, As soon as the Post Office has accepted a parcel, the Tracking Number is generated and will be uploaded to your order along with an email to the address you provided. 

Q. How long does it take to ship an order?

A. Orders generally ship next business day.  We ship via USPS for manual and UPS for automatic knives.  Keep in mind we do not ship on holidays when the US postal service is not in operation.  After the Post Office generates the tracking number, we will upload it to your order so you can estimate your delivery date.  

Q. How does Blades Edge estimate shipping charges?

A. Standard Ground Shipping is FREE within the domestic US with any knife purchase. Currently, Blades-Edge does not sell or ship knives outside of  the United States. 

Q. Can I upgrade my shipping?

A. Yes.  Make your choice during the checkout process.  The additional charge will be added to the order. 

Q. Will my order require a signature? 

A. Most knives will ship with no signature required.  If the knife value is over $200.00 it will require a signature.  That said, you know your situation best, if you would like to require a signature, " I want a signature" or "I do not want a signature" let us know in the comment box at checkout.  

Q. Why does Blades Edge not ship certain items to California, New York and Massachusetts?

A. Some States have more restrictive Laws when it comes to knives and knife sales.  Please click the Knife Laws Icon on the home page.
