Q. How do I know my order has been received?
A. When you place your order during checkout, we will ask for your email address. After you finish checkout, an email will be sent to the address provided confirming the order. If you have not received this email, most times your email address has been entered incorrectly during checkout. Q. Can I cancel, change or add to my order?
A. Your credit card is authorized and processed as soon as you place the order. Once you receive the confirmation email, NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE. If you are displeased with your product, we do have a satisfaction guarantee policy.
Q. Does Blades Edge provide an order Tracking Number?
A. Yes, As soon as the Post Office has accepted a parcel, the Tracking Number is generated and will be uploaded to your order along with an email to the address you provided.
Q. How long does it take to ship an order?
A. Orders generally ship within 24 hours. After the Post Office generates the tracking number, we will upload it to your order so you can estimate your delivery date.
Q. How does Blades Edge estimate shipping charges?
A. Shipping Charges are based on the weight of the product and are calculated during checkout.
Q. Can I upgrade my shipping?
A. Yes. Make your choice during the checkout process. The additional charge will be added to the order.
Q. Why does Blades Edge not ship certain items to California, New York and Massachusetts?
